HELENA, Mont. — Head Coach Bennett MacIntyre has announced the signing of seven new student-athletes who will join the Carroll College golf teams this fall, bolstering both the men's and women's programs ahead of the 2026-27 season.
The class brings together players from Montana, Idaho, Washington and California, each bringing a strong competitive resume and a variety of standout achievements from the junior, prep and collegiate ranks.
"Very excited about the group for this season," said MacIntyre. "We're really looking forward to having the vast majority of our roster from last year return, and know that these new additions are going to play a key role as well. This '26 class is going to push for playing time and varsity spots right away. They immediately add to our depth, creating internal competition that will prove very beneficial to the team throughout the season."

Henry | Box Elder, Mont. | Box Elder HS (University of Providence)
Henry, a transfer from the University of Providence, enjoyed a stellar prep career. A two-time All-State selection in 2024 and 2025, Henry also finished top-15 at Divisionals in each of his last three seasons and picked up more than 10 regular-season tournament wins throughout his prep career. He carries a 4.0 handicap into his college career, with a best round of 68 and will look to help the Carroll men make a run at their first conference title since 2012.
Isaac Penner | Helena, Mont. | Helena HS
A hometown signing for the Fighting Saints, Penner brings one of the most polished all-around games in the class, headlined by a scratch-caliber 0.6 handicap and a career-low round of 70, and he's also one of the longest hitters in the group. His father Brett is a Carroll alumnus, and regularly provides photos for various Carroll Athletic events, making the decision to continue his golf career in the Purple and Gold a natural fit.
Christian Parish | Sonora, Calif. | Sonora Union HS
Parish arrives at Carroll with proven leadership on top of a well-rounded game, having served as team captain during his senior season while also stepping up to co-coach Sonora Union's girls team - a dual role that speaks to both his commitment to the team. A strong short-game player, Parish has built his game around precise chipping, putting and course strategy, carrying a 7 handicap and a best round of 78 into his collegiate career.
Jordan Nielsen | Billings, Mont. | Billings Central Catholic HS
One of the most decorated additions in the class, Nielsen is a two-time Montana Class A team state champion (2024, 2025) who finished sixth individually at state in 2024 before taking runner-up honors in 2025. She was a two-time All-State and All-Conference selection, served as team captain in 2025, and won three tournaments last season, including the Miles City, Glendive and Sidney Invitationals. Nielsen carries a 7 handicap and a career-best round of 72.
Emma Allen | Spokane Valley, Wash. | Gonzaga Preparatory School
Allen arrives at Carroll with one of the more unique accomplishments in the 2026 class, having carded a par on the world-renowned floating green at Coeur d'Alene Resort - the only floating green of its kind in the nation. A JV champion at Gonzaga Prep, Allen has built her game around a strong putting and second-shot precision that project well as she transitions to college.
Govier joins the Fighting Saints as a proven winner, having helped lead her team to three consecutive state championships across 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26. A versatile athlete who also competes at the national level in alpine skiing, Govier brings a competitive edge and plenty of experience in tournament golf.
Fiona Roberts | Gardiner, Mont. | Gardiner HS
Roberts joins the Fighting Saints as one of the most consistent performers in the class, having qualified for the Montana State Class C Golf Tournament all four years of her high school career (2021-25). A four-time All-Conference honoree, she added All-State recognition as a senior in 2025, a year that saw her finish eighth at Divisionals and crack the top 10 at State (10th place).
The new Saints will look to make an immediate impact as both the men's and women's programs continue their build under MacIntyre heading into the 2026-27 campaign.
