BOZEMAN — Montana State University’s Bobcat Athletics is continuing its summer tradition of hosting a family-friendly movie night at Bobcat Stadium with a screening of “High School Musical” at 7 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 27. The stadium gates will open at 6 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
The film will be shown on the stadium’s scoreboard, and popcorn and bottled water will be available for purchase. For the third year, carnival games, including inflatable basketball, football, axe throwing and jousting will be offered in the Bobcat Fun Zone, where Bobcat student-athletes will also host sport-specific stations for tennis, skiing, and track and field. Bobcat merchandise will be available at the MSU Bookstore location in the stadium, and mascot Champ the Bobcat will be available for a meet-and-greet before the movie.
Champ’s Kids Club memberships will be available for purchase. For $60, Kids Club members receive a T-shirt, wristbands, stickers, a player card, a shooting sleeve, a custom birthday postcard from Champ and a personalized membership card and lanyard. Membership includes admission to men’s and women’s home basketball games and home volleyball games for the 2026-27 season. Membership materials will be mailed to the member’s home.
To protect the field’s playing surface, no pets, lawn chairs, or outside food and drink will be allowed.
