LAUREL -- Paced by junior Casha Corder's fourth-place finish, the Montana Tech women's golf team took fifth Tuesday on the second and final day of the Beartooth Invitational, hosted by Rocky Mountain College.

It was the fourth top-five finish of the Fort Benton native's career and her second time in the top five at the Beartooth Invitational; she was fifth in 2025.

Montana Tech's women finished the tournament's three rounds at 196 over par. Host Rocky Mountain won the team title at 69-over, while The College of Idaho's Inkjung Charnchanayothin won medalist honors at 8-over.
The Orediggers will return to Frontier Conference regular-season play next Monday and Tuesday at the Fighting Saints Invite, hosted by Carroll College at Bill Roberts Golf Course in Helena.
