As excitement builds for the 2025 Townsend Rotary Fall Fest, organizers are taking time to express their deep appreciation for the sponsors who make the beloved community event possible year after year.
From funding family-friendly activities to supporting live music, vendor space and logistics, the contributions from local businesses, individuals and organizations play a crucial role in the success of Fall Fest.
“This event could not happen without the generosity of our sponsors,” said a representative from the Rotary Club of Townsend. “Their support allows us to keep the festival free and accessible for everyone, while also investing in a better experience for our vendors, volunteers and attendees.”
The full list of 2025–2026 sponsors is available online at Townsend Fall Fest | Sponsors, where organizers have created a dedicated “Thank You Sponsors” page. The Rotary Club encourages the community to visit the site and support these businesses and individuals in return.
Sponsorships help cover the wide range of attractions that make Fall Fest a favorite across the region—including bounce houses and kids’ games, the impressive lineup of musical entertainment, and the organization of one of Montana’s largest car shows. They also support vital infrastructure like portable restrooms, sound equipment and volunteer coordination.
“We are truly proud of the partnerships we’ve built,” organizers said. “Whether it’s a local bank, a small business owner, or a longtime supporter of the Rotary’s mission, every sponsor plays a part in helping us bring people together each fall.”
In addition to boosting the festival itself, sponsorship funds also go toward local Rotary initiatives and scholarships that benefit the Townsend community year-round.
The 2025 Townsend Rotary Fall Fest will take place Oct. 3–5 at Heritage Park and downtown Townsend. Admission is free and all are welcome—though organizers kindly ask attendees to leave pets at home.
