BOZEMAN — Montana State University Student Health Services is holding a series of fall influenza vaccine clinics for students on campus, in addition to the other healthcare resources they offer year-round.
The first three fall vaccine clinics will be held at the Student Wellness Center and the final one in SUB Ballroom B. Each clinic will operate on a walk-in basis from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the following dates:
Thursday, Sept. 24.
Tuesday, Oct. 6.
Wednesday, Oct. 21.
Wednesday, Nov. 4.
Students should bring their MSU student ID and their pharmacy insurance card. The vaccine is no cost with MSU insurance and most private insurance plans, and $30 without insurance.
“Getting vaccinated helps protect your health, your plans and your Bobcat community,” said Alyssa Jette, assistant director of Student Wellness and Health Promotion. “We encourage everyone to make a plan to get their flu vaccine this fall.”
Beyond vaccine clinics, Student Health Services provides low and no-cost healthcare for all enrolled students.
Services include primary medical care, nutrition counseling, dental care, psychiatric services and an on-site pharmacy. SHS provides same-day appointments for urgent medical needs, such as recent illness or injury, as well as general primary care appointments.
