HELENA — The Montana team of Great Falls' Shawn Bessette and Dillon's Ike Folsom took home the team roping first place pot, with a 4.7 second run during the Last Chance Stampede on Saturday night.

The team beat out Baker City, Oregon's Garrett Rogers and Ellensburg, Washington's Jake Minor who scored a 5.1 during the first night on Thursday.

Huntley's Brady Tryan and Clay Futrell finished tied for third with a run of 5.4 seconds.

Helena's Landon Williams was also the all-around winner. 

In other events, Mason Clements from Draper, Utah won bareback riding on Kesler Rodeo's Candy Smile with a score of 87, Weatherford, Texas' Clayton Hass edged out Belgrade's Jake Nelson in steer wrestling with a 3.6 second run, Challis, Idaho's Kade Bruno won the saddle bronc with an 84.5 and Oakdale, California's Colton Farquer won the tie-down roping in 8.5 seconds.

During Thursday's events, Minco, Oklahoma's Dona Kay Rule won barrel racing in 17.44 seconds and Ponoka, Alberta, Canada's Jordan Hansen won the bull riding with 83 points. Stanford's Luke Gee was the only other qualifying ride scored a 76.
