The Helena Bighorns hockey team defeated the Yellowstone Quake for the second night in a row on Saturday night, 6-2, in the Helena Ice Arena.
The Quake led 2-1 after the first period, but the Bighorns took control with three goals in the second period and two more in the third.
Darren Donovan scored two goals for the Bighorns (14-1), while Nicholas Noel, Porter Tirrill, Abraham Laggis and Valary Dietz scored one goal each. Elliot Plourde had two assists and goalkepper Carver Thompson had 11 saves.
The Bighorns next play at 7 p.m. on Friday at home against the Bozeman Icedogs.
