Kellan Elder and Keaton Ralston spearheaded the Helena Reps' elimination game, 11-1 rout of Anaconda at the Southern A Legion District Tournament in Dillon on Friday.
Elder went 3 for 4, lacing a double and a triple, while Ralston pitched a complete-game, seven-inning, six-hitter in the run-rule shortened contest. Elder scored twice and drove in a run, and Ralston struck out five and walked one.
Ty McGurran and Riley Chisholm both had two base knocks in Helena's 11-hit attack, with two RBIs apiece. Caeden Suero rapped an RBI-double.
Coach Jon Burnett's Reps (43-15) lost their opener to Livingston on Thursday and, after bouncing back against Anaconda, will next face the loser of the Gallatin Valley-Dillon game in another elimination contest at 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
