WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) -- Zach Remillard hit a walk-off single with one out in the 10th inning, as the Winston-Salem Dash defeated the Fayetteville Woodpeckers 4-3 on Wednesday.

Nick Madrigal scored the game-winning run after he started the inning on second and advanced to third on a ground out by Yeyson Yrizarri.

After Fayetteville's Scott Manea hit a solo home run in the top of the ninth, Winston-Salem tied the game 3-3 in the bottom of the inning when Jordan George hit a solo home run.

Winston-Salem starter Lincoln Henzman went seven innings, allowing two runs and six hits. He also struck out four and walked one. Luis Ledo (3-1) got the win with a scoreless inning in relief while Nivaldo Rodriguez (0-1) took the loss in the Carolina League game.
