At a time when Governor Bullock has been trying to raise taxes on Montanans, he had the audacity to appoint his friend and tax cheat to the Montana State Fund Board. Jim Molloy didn’t pay his state and federal income taxes from 1995-2005, and now Bullock conveniently appointed him to a position in the fund he’s raiding to cover his overspending.

This isn’t the first time Molloy has been appointed to a position under Bullock: In 2009 he was appointed to a Department of Justice position. I’d like Bullock to explain why these appointments shouldn’t offend the business owners paying into the Montana State Fund and the dedicated people working in the Department of Justice.
