A 56-year-old delivery driver for The Montana Standard was flown via Life Flight to Missoula early Wednesday morning after a serious one-vehicle accident.

According to Montana Highway Patrol, the driver was in a rollover crash near mile marker nine on U.S. Highway 12 around 1:40 a.m. When troopers arrived, they found the driver's 1996 Nissan Pathfinder on its wheels in the middle of the highway. The driver was conscious, but emergency responders had to cut the top off of the vehicle to remove her, MHP officials said. Highway patrol officials are unsure of what caused the accident.
