Helena woman accused of possessing three different illegal drugs

A 34-year-old Helena woman is accused of having three different illegal drugs in her possession during a traffic stop.

Jacqueline Suzanne Black is being charged with three felony counts of possession of dangerous drugs and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

On April 26, 2017, a trooper performed a stop on a vehicle in East Helena. After speaking with the driver, Black was asked to leave the scene, leaving her purse in the car as the driver was placed under arrest, according to court documents.

In her purse, a search found three gabapentin pills, a narcotics loading tube, 13 syringes, a silver spoon with meth residue and one gram of crack cocaine, according to court documents.

Black was arrested last week on the charges stemming from the 2017 incident.
