- At 1:43 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Park Avenue and Placer Street. When contact was made with the male driver, he demonstrated signs of impairment and was tested for DUI. At the conclusion of the investigation, the 41-year-old Whitehall man was arrested for DUI. He was booked into the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
- At 2:45 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of National Avenue and Argyle Street. The male driver demonstrated signs of impairment and was tested for DUI. At the conclusion of the investigation, the 23-year-old Helena man was arrested for DUI (third offense), aggravated DUI, driving while suspended and no proof of insurance. He was booked into the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
- At 12:09 p.m., an officer responded to the 400 block of North Last Chance Gulch for a report of counterfeit money. A suspect was identified and the case is active.
- At 7:54 p.m., an officer responded to the 800 block of Abbey Street for a report of a cold theft that occurred several months ago. A suspect was identified and the case is active.

The Helena Police Department responded to 49 calls for service on Sunday. Of those calls, they responded to six welfare checks, two trespassing complaints and six suspicious circumstance calls.
As of Monday morning, the county jail held 104 inmates (100 for felonies and four for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 122 inmates at various detention facilities. There are 97 clients serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 51 are on Personal Breath Test, 35 are on Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet, seven are on GPS and four are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 288 clients.
