  • At 11:22 a.m., an officer responded to the 3300 block of Dredge for a report of a theft. While on scene, officers located a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of another jurisdiction. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 31-year-old female was placed under arrest for possession of stolen property and theft. A 49-year-old male who was also on scene was placed under arrest for a Justice Court warrant.

  • At 2:09 p.m., an officer spoke with a complainant concerning a theft. The case is active.
  • At 4:40 p.m., an officer responded to the 1800 block of Oakes for a report of threats. The officer met with all parties involved and the case is active.
  • At 5:29 p.m., an officer responded to the area of Last Chance Gulch and National for a report of a two vehicle non-injury accident. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 28-year-old male was placed under arrest for a warrant out of another jurisdiction.
  • At 7:52 p.m., an officer responded to the 3300 block of Montana for a report of a theft that occurred the previous day. There is suspect information and the case is active.
  • At 8:28 p.m., an officer responded to the 1200 block of Cannon for a report of an intoxicated male. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 38-year-old male was placed under arrest for first offense partner family member assault.

  • At 10:01 p.m., an officer responded to the 400 block of Park for a report of criminal mischief, trespass to, and theft from a motor vehicle. The case is active.

In the last 24 hours, officers responded to 84 calls for service, which included 20 accidents, eight thefts, five welfare checks and seven suspicious circumstances.

As of Wednesday morning, the county jail held 88 inmates (81 for felonies and seven for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 111 inmates at various detention facilities. One-hundred-one clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 56 are on Personal Breath Test, 30 are on Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet, eight are on GPS and seven are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 281 clients.
