- At 8:47 p.m., an officer was called to investigate a theft from a business in the 2700 block of Prospect Avenue. The officer cited a 26-year-old Clancy female for misdemeanor theft. She was cited and released.
- An officer took a report of a missing/runaway juvenile male from the 1400 block of Hollins Avenue. Missing is 16-year-old Matthew Brandon Peterson. Peterson is about 6 feet tall, 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He left his home sometime overnight of May 13-14, so it’s unknown what clothing he may be wearing. He may be driving a maroon-colored 1999 Chevrolet pickup with Montana license 5-66409A.
- At 12:46 p.m. an officer took a report of a lost wallet at a business in the 2700 block of Prospect Avenue.
- At 2:42 p.m. an officer took a report of a theft and fraud concerning a stolen credit card. The victim reported he possibly lost his credit card and was alerted by his card company of a number of fraudulent online purchases made on his account.
As of Tuesday morning, the county jail held 88 inmates (80 for felonies and eight for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 104 inmates at various detention facilities. Ninety-nine clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 51 are on Personal Breath Test, 32 are on Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet, four are on GPS and 12 are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is working with 293 clients.
