  • At 11:34 a.m., an officer took a report of a theft from a business located in the 3200 block of Dredge Drive.
  • At 1:17 p.m., an officer took a report of a theft from a business located in the 3000 block of Sanders Street. There is suspect information and this case is active.
  • At 2:37 p.m., an officer took a report of a theft from a business located in the 3400 block of N. Montana Avenue. There is suspect information and this case is active.
  • At 3:07 p.m., an officer was dispatched to the 2700 block of Prospect Avenue for a report of a domestic disturbance. Investigation into the disturbance led to no charges being filed at this time.
  • At 4:52 p.m., an officer took a report of fraudulent activity involving the complainant’s credit card.
  • At 6:05 p.m., an officer was dispatched to the 600 block of N. Montana Avenue for a report of a theft. Investigation into the theft led to a 56-year-old female being placed under arrest for two valid Municipal Court warrants and a misdemeanor charge of theft. She was booked into the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
  • At 7:31 p.m., an officer took a report of a theft of a cellphone that occurred in the 2700 block of Prospect Avenue.
  • At 8:04 p.m., an officer was dispatched to the 100 block of S. Warren Street for a report of a domestic disturbance. Investigation into the disturbance led to no charges being filed at this time.

  • At 11:17 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation in the 600 block of N. Montana Avenue Investigation into the traffic stop led to a 35-year-old male being placed under arrest for a valid Municipal Court warrant and a driving while suspended. He was booked into the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.

As of Tuesday morning, the county jail held 92 inmates (82 for felonies and 10 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 110 inmates at various detention facilities. One-hundred-one clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 56 are on PBT (Personal Breath Test), 32 are on SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet), six are on GPS and seven are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 288 clients.
