- At 1:26 a.m. an officer responded to 500 block of Logan for a report of a disorderly individual. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 43-year-old female was placed under arrest for assault, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer and a warrant out of Municipal Court.
- At 4:41 p.m. an officer responded to the 400 block of Lola for a report of criminal mischief. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 28-year-old male was placed under arrest for criminal mischief and an out of county warrant.
- At 6:18 p.m. an officer responded to the 2100 block of Last Chance for a report of a possible hit and run accident. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 71-year-old male was cited for first offense DUI and aggravated DUI. The officer determined that no accident occurred.
- At 9:50 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for a driving complaint in the 3100 block of Sanders. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 22-year-old male was placed under arrest for first offense DUI.
In the last 24 hours, Officers responded to 78 calls for service which included nine accidents, nine suspicious circumstances, seven theft/frauds and four welfare checks.
As of Tuesday morning, the county jail held 97 inmates (88 for felonies and nine for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 106 inmates at various detention facilities. Eighty-three clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 44 are on PBT (Personal Breath Test), 30 are on SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet), three are on GPS, and six are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 300 clients.
