- At 9:55 a.m., an officer responded to the 700 block of Jackson for a report of an assault. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 34-year-old female was placed under arrest for second and third offense partner family member assault.
In the last 24 hours, officers responded to 93 calls for service, which included five accidents, two assaults, five disorderly conducts or disturbances, three domestic or family disturbances, two forgery calls, five suspicious circumstances, four thefts and seven welfare checks.
As of Tuesday morning, the county jail held 101 inmates (90 for felonies and 11 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 115 inmates at various detention facilities. There are 78 clients serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 51 are on PBT (Personal Breath Test), 16 are on SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet), four are on GPS, and seven are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 312 clients.
