  • At 2:58 p.m., an officer spoke with a complainant concerning a criminal mischief to, a theft from, and trespass to a motor vehicle that occurred the day prior in the 1600 block of Benton. The case is active.
  • At 3:29 p.m., an officer responded to the 1300 block of Prospect for a report of an assault. The suspect left prior to officers arrival. There is suspect information and the case is active.

  • At 3:38 p.m., an officer responded to the 1900 block of Prospect for a report of threats. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 27-year-old male was placed under arrest for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a probation warrant.
  • At 6:46 p.m., an officer spoke with a complainant concerning the theft and use of a credit card. There is suspect information and the case is active.

In the last 24 hours, officers responded to 78 calls for service, which included six thefts/frauds, four trespass and seven suspicious circumstance/person calls.

As of Thursday morning, the county jail held 104 inmates (96 for felonies and eight for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 133 inmates at various detention facilities. Ninety-eight clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 45 are on Personal Breath Test, 34 are on Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet, 11 are on GPS and eight are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 291 clients.
