- At 12:04 p.m., a school resource officer responded to Capital High School for a report of two juvenile males in a physical altercation. The juveniles were located and identified. Both were cited for disorderly conduct and referred to Juvenile Probation.
- At 11:21 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Montana Avenue and Birch. The officer made contact with the driver and identified him. It was discovered there was no valid insurance on the vehicle and a search of the vehicle produced drug paraphernalia. The 19-year-old Helena man was cited for no insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was referred to Municipal Court.

The Helena Police Department responded to 127 calls for service. Of those calls, they responded to eight vehicle crashes, nine animal calls, four theft calls, three trespassing calls, seven welfare checks, 13 suspicious circumstance calls and conducted 10 traffic stops.
As of Thursday morning, the county jail held 98 inmates (91 for felonies and seven for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 111 inmates at various detention facilities. There are 81 clients serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 48 are on PBT (Personal Breath Test), 24 are on SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet), four are on GPS and five are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 339 clients.
