  • At  9:57 a.m., an officer was called to investigate a theft that happened earlier in November at a business in the 2700 block of Prospect Avenue. The officer identified the male suspect and learned he was already being held in the detention center. The officer arrested the 36-year-old Helena male for theft and booked him on the additional charge at the detention center.
  • At 7:22 p.m., officers located and arrested a 45-year-old Helena male on an outstanding warrant in the 3000 block of Villard Avenue. He was booked at the detention center.
  • At 10:34 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 800 block of North Cooke Street. Officers located two adult females involved in the disturbance and determined one had assaulted the other and threatened her with a knife. Officers arrested a 42-year-old Helena woman for partner or family member assault and assault with a weapon. She was booked at the detention center.
  • A man listed yesterday as missing was located and is fine. He has been removed as a missing person.

Officers responded to 48 calls for service including: two vehicle crashes, two assaults calls and two burglary/theft calls. Officers also conducted four traffic stops for alleged traffic violations.
