  • At 1:59 a.m., an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction in the area Neill and Park avenues. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 26-year-old male was placed under arrest for 1st offense DUI. The male was booked into the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
  • At 3:40 p.m., the Helena Police Department received a complaint from a citizen reporting an aggressive and erratic drive who was “flipping people off.” An officer located the vehicle and driver near the 10 block of East Lyndale Avenue. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 63-year-old female was placed under arrest for 2nd offense DUI. The female was booked into the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
  • At 3:45 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Logan Street for a report of a domestic disturbance. Investigation into the matter led to a 46-year-old female being placed under arrest for 3rd offense PFMA, unlawful restraint, assault, resisting arrest, and obstructing a peace officer. The female was booked into the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
  • At 10:31 p.m., an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction in the area Lyndale and Helena avenues. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 31-year-old male was placed under arrest for 1st offense DUI, speeding, and no proof of insurance. The male was booked into the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
  • At 10:46 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Humbolt Loop reference a report of a domestic disturbance. Investigation into the matter led to a 40-year-old male being placed under arrest for 1st offense PFMA, and obstructing a peace officer. The male was booked into the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
  • At 10:57 p.m., an officer stopped a vehicle for after observing driving behavior indicative of impairment. The traffic stop occurred on the 2400 block of East Broadway Street. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 54-year-old male was placed under arrest for 1st offense DUI, obstructing a peace officer, and no proof of insurance. The male was booked into the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
