At 7:32 a.m., an officer was called to investigate a burglary to a business in the 100 block of North Rodney Street. A window to the business had been broken and several items stolen from inside.
At 8:05 a.m., an officer took a report of a theft in the 3300 block of North Montana Avenue.
At 6:51 p.m., an officer was called to a business in the 1800 block of Prospect Avenue concerning a possible violation of a protection order. No action was taken as the officer was not able to confirm the order was valid.

At 12:55 a.m., an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near the intersection of 6th Avenue and Warren Street. After investigation, the officer arrested the driver, a 42-year-old Helena woman, for DUI (third offense), aggravated DUI, no liability insurance, expired vehicle registration and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. She was booked at the detention center.
At 1:24 a.m., an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near Lyndale Avenue and Getchell Street. After investigating, the officer arrested the driver, a 21-year-old Bozeman woman, for DUI (first offense). She was booked at the detention center.
At 2:44 a.m., an officer stopped to investigate a parked, idling vehicle in a business parking lot in the 3100 block of North Montana Avenue. The driver, a 38-year-old Kalispell man, was arrested for DUI (first offense). He was booked at the detention center.
