- At 11:15 a.m., an officer arrested a 41-year-old Helena male on an outstanding warrant related to an investigation from September 2018. The male was booked at the detention center.
- At 1:52 p.m., an officer responded to a business in the 2900 block of North Montana concerning several people trespassing on the property. As the officer began speaking with the trespassers, one of them fled. The officer gave chase and located the male a short distance away. The officer arrested the 19-year-old Helena male for obstructing a peace officer and for two outstanding arrest warrants. He was booked at the detention center.

On Sept. 15 Helena Police Department officers responded to 65 calls for service, including eight disorderly conducts or disturbances, two thefts and three criminal trespassing complaints.
As of Monday morning, the county jail held 106 inmates (100 for felonies and six for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 116 inmates at various detention facilities. There are 80 clients serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 46 are on PBT (Personal Breath Test), 21 are on SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet), five are on GPS and eight are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 330 clients.
