- Officers were dispatched to the 800 Block of N. Oregon in reference to a reported robbery. And on Nov. 2 officers were dispatched to the 1000 Block of 6th in reference to a robbery. Investigation into the reported robberies led to the same person(s) suspected of being involved. Subsequently a 31-year-old-male was arrested for two counts of robbery and possession of drug paraphernalia and a 35-year-old female being arrested for one count of robbery and possession of drug paraphernalia. This investigation if ongoing. No further information will be released at this time.
- At 2:21 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1400 Block of Broadwater Circle in reference to a domestic disturbance. The investigation resulted in a 22-year-old male being arrested for partner family member assault (first). He was booked into the LCSO jail.

The Helena Police Department responded to 51 calls for service including one minor-injury crash and three non-injury crashes, two animal calls, two assault calls, two disorderly/disturbance calls, two domestic disturbance calls, five suspicious incidents, two thefts and five welfare checks.
As of Monday morning, the county jail held 121 inmates (107 for felonies and 14 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 134 inmates at various detention facilities. Eighty-one clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 51 are on PBT (Personal Breath Test), 14 are on SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet), six are on GPS and 10 are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 341 clients.
