- At 12:34 a.m., an officer responded to the area of Euclid and Benton avenues for a report of a theft of gas. The vehicle was later located and at the conclusion of the investigation, a 30-year-old man was cited for theft and released.
- At 2:18 p.m., an officer responded to the 500 block of Last Chance Gulch for a report of a possible physical altercation. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 62-year-old woman and 38-year-old woman were cited for disorderly conduct and released.
- At 3:33 p.m., an officer was in the area of 11th Avenue and Cruse Street and located an individual with an open container of alcohol. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 43-year-old woman was cited for open container and released.

In the last 24 hours, officers responded to 70 calls for service, which included seven accidents, eight disorderly conducts, four disturbances, five thefts and three welfare checks.
As of Monday morning, the county jail held 100 inmates (86 for felonies and 14 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 109 inmates at various detention facilities. Eighty-three clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 44 are on Personal Breath Test, 30 are on Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet, three are on GPS and six are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 300 clients.
