- At 11:26 a.m., an officer was dispatched to the 100 block of South Last Chance Gulch for a report of two disorderly males. Investigation into the matter led to a 43-year-old man being issued a citation for possession of intoxicating beverages. The male was referred to Helena Municipal Court.
- At 1:15 a.m., an officer was dispatched to a business in the 3200 block of Sanders Street for a report of individuals on the roof of the business. The officers located three males on the roof of the business. Investigation into the matter led to the three men being issued citations for trespass to property. The males were referred to Helena Municipal Court.
- At 4:23 a.m., an officer was dispatched to the 500 block of Logan Street for a report of a disturbance. Investigation into the disturbance led to a 43-year-old woman being issued a citation for misdemeanor possession of dangerous drugs. She was referred to Helena Municipal Court.
On Sunday, the Helena Police Department responded to 65 calls for service. A brief summary of some of the calls the officers responded to are as follows: one non-injury accident, five animal calls, four criminal mischief calls, four disorderly person calls, nine suspicious incidents, three thefts and five welfare checks.
As of Monday morning, the county jail held 113 inmates (93 for felonies and 20 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 123 inmates at various detention facilities. There are 81 clients serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 51 are on Personal Breath Test, 26 are on Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet, three are on GPS and five are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 300 clients.
