- At 2:02 a.m., an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of Montana and 5th avenues. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 31-year-old woman was placed under arrest for DUI (first offense) and aggravated DUI.
- At 12:30 p.m., an officer responded to the 600 block of Montana Avenue for a report of a theft that had occurred earlier. There is suspect information and the case is active.
- At 7:47 p.m., an officer responded to the 1600 block of Prospect Avenue for a report of a male trespassing. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 45-year-old man was cited for trespass to property and released.
- At 8:25 p.m., an officer responded to the 1800 block of Prospect Avenue for a report of a trespass to and a theft from a motor vehicle. The case is active.
On Sunday, officers responded to 50 calls for service which included five accidents, five suspicious circumstances/incidents and two family/domestic disturbances.
As of Sunday morning, the county jail held 104 inmates (92 for felonies and 12 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 127 inmates at various detention facilities. There are 112 clients serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 49 are on Personal Breath Test, 43 are on Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet, 13 are on GPS and seven are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 271 clients.
