  • At 9:35 a.m., an officer responded to the 3200 block of Lark Avenue for a report of trespass to and theft from two motor vehicles. The case is active.
  • At 10 a.m., an officer responded to the 1600 block of Benton Avenue for a report of criminal mischief to vehicles. The case is active.
  • At 11:31 a.m., an officer responded to the 800 block of Jackson Street for a report of criminal mischief to a residence. There is suspect information and the case is active.
  • At 12:01 p.m., an officer responded to the 1700 block of Cedar Street for a report of a theft. The case is active.
  • At 1:50 p.m., an officer responded to the 1200 block of Grant Street for a report of a trespass to and a theft from a motor vehicle. The case is active.
  • At 2:26 p.m., an officer responded to the 200 block of Greenwood Drive for a report of a missing juvenile from another jurisdiction. The juvenile was located and released to a guardian.
  • At 4:11 p.m., an officer responded to the 3200 block of Lark Avenue for a report of a family disturbance. The officer met with all parties involved and the case is inactive.
  • At 4:40 p.m., an officer responded to the 600 block of Fee Street for a report of a theft that had occurred earlier. There is suspect information and the case is active.
  • At 5:16 p.m., an officer responded to the 3100 block of Montana Avenue for a report of a theft that had occurred earlier. There is suspect information and the case is active.
  • At 6 p.m., an officer responded to the 800 block of Cooke Street for a report of a possible no contact order violation. The officer met with all parties involved and the case is inactive.
  • At 6:07 p.m., an officer responded to the area of Highway 282 and Runkle Parkway for a report of a reckless driver. The complainant reported that the driver of the other vehicle also threatened him. There is suspect information and the case is active.

On Sunday, officers responded to 80 calls for service which included six theft calls, two trespass calls, eight welfare checks, seven suspicious circumstances and four family disturbances/domestics.

As of Monday morning, the county jail held 103 inmates (99 for felonies and four for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 120 inmates at various detention facilities. There are 119 clients serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 47 are on Personal Breath Test, 47 are on Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet, 18 are on GPS and seven are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 241 clients.
