- At 1:43 a.m., an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of Hibbard Way and Sixth Avenue. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 25-year-old female was placed under arrest for second offense DUI, second offense aggravated DUI, driving without liability insurance, and a warrant out of Justice Court.
- At 11:45 a.m., an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of Prospect Avenue and Gibbon Street. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 22-year-old female was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Justice Court and expired registration.

- At 10:48 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Missoula Avenue regarding a family disturbance. Prior to the officers arriving on scene, one of the involved subjects left in a vehicle. Officers located and stopped this person near 16th and Rodney streets. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 33-year-old female was placed under arrest for first offense DUI, second offense aggravated DUI, and driving without a valid driver’s license.
The Helena Police Department responded to 105 calls for service. A brief summary of some of the calls the Officers responded to are as follows: six non-injury crash, one injury cash, four animal calls, 10 suspicious incidents, five thefts, five disorderly conducts, one stolen vehicle, three weapons violations and nine welfare checks.
As of Friday morning, the county jail held 104 inmates (98 for felonies and six for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 116 inmates at various detention facilities. There are 81 clients serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 46 are on PBT (Personal Breath Test), 19 are on SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet), seven are on GPS and nine are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 339 clients.
