- At 4:55 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on vehicle in the 1300 block of Cedar St. Investigation into the traffic stop led to the 21 year old male driver being placed under arrest for DUI (2nd offense), aggravated DUI (2nd offense), and speeding. He was booked into the LCSO Detention Center.
- At 08:27 a.m., an officer took a report of a stolen vehicle from the 1200 block of Euclid Avenue. The vehicle is a UTV side by side, 2019 black/white Can Am Maverick Max. There are no license plates on this UTV. This case is active.
- At 9:04 a.m., an officer was advised of an outstanding warrant for a female that was currently incarcerated in the LCSO Detention Center. The officer met with the 23-year-old female in the detention center and served the Helena District Court warrant. The female remained in the custody of the LCSO Detention Center.
- At 2:50 p.m., a school resource officer was advised of a student in the schools that had possibly been consuming alcoholic beverages. The officer met with the 14-year-old male student and he was issued a citation for minor in possession of alcohol. He was referred to Helena Municipal Court and released to a guardian.

The Helena Police Department responded to 112 calls for service. A brief summary of some of the calls the Officers responded to are as follows: (5) non-injury accidents, (4) animal calls, (2) assaults, (5) disorderly/disturbance calls, (2) domestic calls, (10) suspicious incidents, (9) thefts, and (5) welfare checks. The PD also conducted 15 traffic stops.
As of Friday morning, the county jail held 95 inmates (92 for felonies and 3 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 108 inmates at various detention facilities. 81 clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 48 are on PBT (Personal Breath Test), 24 are on SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet), 4 are on GPS, and 5 are on house arrest. Pretrial services is currently working with 339 clients.
