A single-vehicle rollover crash on York Road Tuesday night killed a 54-year-old Helena man.

Montana Highway Patrol says the crash happened at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday night on York Road near Devil's Elbow Campground about a mile before York Bridge. The driver lost control of the vehicle on a curve, struck some wooden barriers and then rolled several times, ejecting the driver.

The man was pronounced dead on scene. Drugs, alcohol and speed are suspected in the cause of the crash, Highway Patrol said. 

Lewis and Clark County Sheriff/Coroner Leo Dutton said the cause of death was blunt force trauma and the body would be sent off for a toxicology report.
