A two-vehicle wreck on Interstate 15 killed a 38-year-old man early Saturday morning near Montana City.
The man was killed when his vehicle struck another car that had come to rest in the northbound lanes after rolling across the median from the southbound lanes, said a Montana Highway Patrol dispatcher Saturday afternoon.
The car that was traveling southbound drifted into the median and the driver overcorrected back into the southbound lanes. The car went back into the median and came to rest on its wheels in the northbound lanes of the interstate, where the vehicle of the man who was killed struck it broadside.
Alcohol was a factor in the 1:40 a.m. crash. It is not clear if speed was a factor.
The identity of the man who was killed is not yet available.
