Obituary

Rudy Schmidt, 84, passed away March 27, 2000, in Spokane Washington. He was born in Glen Ullin, N.D. on August 13, 1915.

Rudy was a resident of Spokane for five years. He was a member of the North Side Community Bible Church and the Moose Lodge in Helena.

He is survived by his wife, Althea Schmidt of Helena, daughters and sons-in-law, Ruby and Ron Andridge of Boise, Idaho, Susan Mellinger and George Latus of Spokane, Rita and Scott Mundt of Belgrade, Melody Schmidt of Denver, Colo.; brothers, Carl Smith of Reno, Nev., John Schmidt of Townsend, Albert Schmidt of Sun Lakes, Ariz., Bennie Schmidt of GlenUllin, Julius Schmidt of Hayden, Idaho, William Schmidt of Spokane, Richard Schmidt of Fort Collins, Colo.; sisters, Clara Lester of Spokane, Adeline Dietz of Elgin, N.D., Irene Bailie of Cheney, Wash., Lenore Craze of Spokane; grandchildren, Nicole Wallace, Rachelle Lipple, Ricky Mundt, Jesse Mundt; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held, Wednesday, March 29, 2000, at 2 p.m. at Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home, 2203 N. Division, Spokane, with Reverend Robert Smith officiating.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, March 31, 4 p.m. at Hagler-Anderson Mortuary. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lewis and Clark Humane Society, P. O. Box 4455, Helena, Mont. 59624.
