Very heart touching information you provide.
This area has a lot of character and so much potential.
I support Krys Holmes' efforts to get the real picture of life in the Rodney Street neighborhood, which is a wonderful area that should not be destroyed by another Model City-type fiasco like the one that murdered our Last Chance Gulch.
As a Rodney street survivor of over 30 years, living in a "dangerous and unhealthy" neighborhood (and we have middle school students going to school within 300 yards of our house) I would like to ask if anyone on the City Commission has concerns about the contractor's report? Years from now, can we expect the Rodney Street area to be "healthier and safer" after the completion of this "urban renewal" project?
