A 20-year-old Helena man who is currently jailed on suspicion of numerous felony crimes has been charged with sexual abuse of children, which is also a felony.
Ching Man Chan is accused of filming himself pulling back a 15-year-old girl's clothing and exposing her to the camera while she slept in July. The victim reported the incident on Oct. 21.
Chan is also facing felony charges of assault on a peace officer, partner or family member assault and strangulation.
Chan was initially arrested earlier this month on charges of assault and strangulation. He allegedly strangled his step-father with a key lanyard and hit him in the face multiple times with the magazine well of a handgun.

A little over a week after that, Chan was accused of punching a jailer while incarcerated in the Lewis and Clark Detention Center. According to the jailer, Chan said little during this incident other than "if you touch me, you will die."
This marks the fourth felony that Chan has been charged with this month.
All charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
