Pistelaks celebrate 65th
Joe and Issie (Rogan) Pistelak were married in the old St. Cyril Methodius Catholic Church in East Helena on Nov. 7, 1953. They enjoyed traveling, camping, boating and many other activities with great friends. Each year they would plant a garden and share the bounty with others.
Issie was known for her baked goods, mom to many, her hostess skills and her role as director for multiple entities for state of Montana, until she retired. Joe was known for his mechanical and welding skills. After completing his tour of duty in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict, he worked Asarco for many years and the Montana State Highway Department until his retirement.
They have two sons, John Pistelak of Lincoln, and Tony (Robin) Pistelak of Santee, California. They were blessed with four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Congratulations Mom and Dad on your wonderful 65th wedding anniversary. We wish you more blessed years to come. God has blessed you both and each of us also. You have stood the test of time with your strength and grace.
We love you always, John, Tony, Robin and the entire family.
