  • At 10:40 a.m., an officer took a report of a criminal mischief that occurred in the 1200 block of Knight Street. There is suspect information and this case is active. 
  • At 10:47 a.m., an officer took a report of stolen vehicle from the 3300 block of Highway 12 East. The vehicle was recovered in Spokane, Washington. This case is active. 
  • At 10:55 a.m., an officer took a report of theft from a business located in the 600 block of N. Montana Avenue. There is suspect information and this case is active. 
  • At 11:16 a.m., an officer took a report of theft from a vehicle that was parked in the 700 block of Holter Street. 
  • At 12:51 p.m., an officer took a report of theft from a vehicle that was parked in the 1300 block of Cole Avenue. 
  • At 1:55 p.m., an officer took a report of theft from a business located in the 600 block of N. Montana Avenue. There is suspect information and this case is active. 
  • At 2:28 p.m., an officer took a report of stolen vehicle from the area of Mountain View Street and Cannon Street. The vehicle is described as 1998 black Ford Ranger with Montana License plate number BMR 723 and has a black topper. 
  • At 2:45 p.m., an officer took a report of theft from a vehicle that was parked in the 600 block of Legend Loop. 
  • At 3:24 p.m., an officer took a report of stolen vehicle from the 2400 block of Broadway Street. The vehicle is described as 2003 black Toyota Rav-4 with Montana license plate 5-93927A.
  • At 4:23 p.m., an officer took a report of fraudulent activity to where an unknown person opened up a phone account in their name. 
  • At 4:30 p.m., an officer was dispatched to the 900 block of Saddle Drive for a report of a domestic disturbance. The officer met with all parties and investigation into the matter led to no arrests being made at this time.

As of Wednesday morning, the county jail held 111 inmates (96 for felonies and 15 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 130 inmates at various detention facilities. One-hundred-thirteen clients are serviced by the 24/7 sobriety program. Of these, 44 are on Personal Breath Test, 47 are on Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor bracelet, 18 are on GPS, and four are on house arrest. Pretrial Services is currently working with 232 clients.
