Feb. 24
- At 7:36 p.m., an officer made a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle at Benton and Meadow. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 30-year-old Helena man was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense and speeding.
Feb. 25
- At 12:17 a.m., officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance that occurred in the 500 block of Logan. Later in the day an officer arrested a 46-year-old Helena man for fifth offense partner family member assault, unlawful restraint, and obstructing a police officer.
- At 1:13 a.m., officers responded to Eighth and Montana for a report that a vehicle struck a telephone pole. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 21-year-old Helena man was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense, aggravated DUI, open container and careless driving.
- At 5:41 a.m., officers responded to a reported burglary alarm at a business in the 1200 block of Euclid. Investigation revealed a male making forced entry into the business. No arrests were made and the investigation continues.
- At 4:16 p.m., officers responded to the 1700 block of Fifth Avenue for a reported domestic disturbance.
- At 4:17 p.m., an officer responded to the 900 block of 12th Avenue for a reported domestic disturbance. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 38-year-old Helena woman was arrested and charged with partner family member assault.
- At 7:06 p.m., an officer responded to the 700 block of Broadway to investigate a fraud.
- At 7:47 p.m., officers responded to investigate a domestic disturbance that occurred in the 700 block of Cherry Avenue. At the conclusion of the investigation, an 18-year-old Helena male was arrested and charged with partner family member assault-first offense.

Feb. 26
- At 1:10 a.m., an officer made contact with a driver of a vehicle involved in suspicious activity in the 2900 block of North Montana. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 27-year-old Helena aman was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense and a probation violation.

As of Sunday morning, the county jail held 96 inmates (77 for felonies and 19 for misdemeanors). In total, the county has 135 inmates at various detention facilities.
