A 55-year-old Helena woman is charged with her fourth DUI, a felony.
Victoria Miller was arrested Sunday on suspicion of the DUI and driving while suspended.
An officer reportedly observed a vehicle on Sunday pull up to a residence and sound its horn repeatedly. The officer identified Miller as the driver, and was told by a dispatcher that she had a suspended driver’s license, according to court documents.
The officer alleges that Miller displayed signs of intoxication via stimulant drug use and admitted to using methamphetamine.
