Helena woman charged with aggravated burglary

Charge: Felony burglary, misdemeanor driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Verdict: All dismissed by court.

A Helena woman has been arrested on suspicion of biting, scratching and shoving a man Sunday night. 

Court documents say Crystal Leeann Dubray bit the victim in his right cheek. Dubray is accused of attacking the man while assisting her friend, who was breaking up with the victim at the time and moving out of a residence on Benton Avenue. 

Dubray is jailed on a felony charge of aggravated burglary. She is accused of forcing her way into the home and attacking the man. 

The arresting officer noted the man had a bleeding bite mark on his cheek and a scratch on his elbow.
