A 29-year-old Helena woman already accused of facilitating the molestation of a young girl by a convicted rapist now is charged with four more felony counts, including sexual abuse of children.
Kimberly Elvera Feigert is accused of bringing a young girl to the building where the rapist had sex offender treatment knowing he would rape the girl in a bathroom of the Helena building. Investigators found photos taken of the child in the bathroom, court documents state.
Feigert was originally jailed for a felony charge of accountability to sexual intercourse without consent. Police arrested Feigert and conducted a search warrant on Dec. 14.
The new allegations include that Feigert took sexual photographs of a girl under the age of 10 and then distributed the pictures. Prosecutors have added two more charges of sexual intercourse without consent and two charges of sexual abuse of children in amended court documents.
Authorities allege Feigert was aware and played a part in Andrew Douglas Paige having sexual intercourse with two girls under the age of 10.
Paige, who is in jail on two counts of sexual abuse of children, has not been charged in relation to the new allegations. Authorities said additional charges are expected as part of an ongoing investigation.

The allegations against Feigert came to light during a search into the contents of Paige's phone. Photos on Paige's phone that were confiscated after his Nov. 1 arrest depicted Paige having sexual contact with a young girl, court documents state. Paige was identified by a dragon tattoo on his thigh.
Paige is a registered sex offender deemed likely to re-offend after being convicted of raping two girls, 12 and 15.
An investigation into the images linked Feigert to the girl, according to the documents. When informed about the photos, Feigert did not seem concerned or surprised.
Court documents allege Paige and Feigert referenced the molestation in recorded phone calls he made from jail, and she said the girl "would not tell."
Paige is accused of having hundreds of images of child pornography, including bondage and victims as young as infants.
His first charge stems from Paige allegedly possessing sexual images of children under the age of 13. The second is for accusations he had similar images of children older than 12 and younger than 18. Court documents allege Paige had the illegal material in a time period ranging from 2014 to August 2016.
