A Helena man is accused of breaking into a garage and two vehicles. 

Wade Alan Oster, 39, is being charged with burglary, a felony.

A deputy was called to a home early Friday morning for a report of a burglary. A resident called and said a man was attempting to go into other garage doors near the street.

The officer then looked at the garage where Oster had allegedly been found by the caller. The officer found snow inside the first vehicle, along with cigarette ash and the smell of new smoke in the second, according to court documents. The owner of the vehicles said no one in the house smokes.

A Kindle was found missing from a vehicle, according to court documents.

Oster was found behind a trailer camper, hiding from police, according to court documents.
