Court documents filed Tuesday state officers responded to a home on Oregon Street for a report of a domestic disturbance on Saturday. Upon arrival, police learned two adults and a toddler had been exposed to pepper spray. The three victims were in pain and the 1-year-old was having trouble breathing, the documents note.

Morley went to the home of a former girlfriend, pushed his way into the residence and used the pepper spray, court documents say. He is accused of then yelling at the former girlfriend in a threatening manner.

Court documents allege he proceeded to send threatening text messages to the woman after he left the home.

Police apprehended Morley later that afternoon on three warrants and the two felony charges. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of partner or family member assault.
