A 39-year-old Helena man is accused of dealing meth.
Vernon Louis Price, Jr. is charged with felony possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
On July 9, Lewis and Clark County Sheriff's detectives interviewed Price in relation to an ongoing investigation. Price admitted to using methamphetamine during the interview and detectives then searched his vehicle and home with help from probation and parole officers.
The detectives discovered 20 grams of meth, cellphones, scales, a firearm, an active surveillance system and drug test kits in Price's home, according to court documents.
All charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
