A 22-year-old Helena man is accused of burglarizing a Helena business.
James Joseph Stock is charged with a felony count of burglary.
On April 13, a Helena police officer responded to a call about a theft in Helena city limits. Later in the evening, a Lewis and Clark County sheriff's deputy advised the officer that he found Stock in possession of a stolen item from the Helena theft, and that Stock had admitted to breaking into a business and stealing items.
