Grandstreet Theatre is putting on a production of the exciting new adaptation of Treasure Island.

The show runs through Sunday, Nov. 4 (no show on Wednesday, Oct. 31). Times are: 7:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday with 2:30 p.m. Sunday matinees.

This is the classic tale of high seas adventure with a surprising twist. When pirates ransack Grandma Hawkins’ inn, her fearless granddaughter, Jim, unearths a treasure map and tumbles headlong into a rip-roaring adventure. Treasure Island is a darkly comic, swashbuckling adventure that will transport you to a world of mutiny, mystery and murder. This breathtaking, gender-bending adaptation of Stevenson’s classic will thrill boys and girls of all ages.

The production features Ella House, Dorothy Thiede, Salome Aydlett, Emma Templeton, Keelin Connolly, Libbi Lovshin, Molly Brandt, Suzie Wilkins, Erin Cleveland, Cayla Clark, Stephen Seder, Kate Loble, Elsie Harrington, Laura Andersen, Emily Hilliard, Tara Harrington, Alicia Treichler, Emma Brandt, and Reese Sheldahl.
