FR EE DRIVE-THRU PFIZER COVID-19 VACCINE CLINICS WHO IS ELIGIBLE? First Dose: Anyone who is 12+ (anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian) Second Dose: Anyone who received their first Pfizer dose at least 21 days before the date of the clinic. Booster Dose: Eligibility criteria is listed below. Eligible community members must also have received their second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months before the date of the clinic. The CDC recommends the following community members receive a booster dose of the Pfizer vaccine: • Older adults age 65+ and those living in long-term care facilities. • Adults ages 50-64 at high risk of severe COVID-19, due to underlying medical conditions. • Adults ages 18-49 at high risk of severe COVID-19 due to underlying medical conditions should consider a booster based on an assessment of their individual benefits and risks and consultation with their medical provider. • Adults ages 18-64 for people whose jobs put them at high risk for COVID-19 exposure. IMPORTANT INFORMATION • Appointments are REQUIRED. • No documentation of age, health condition or occupation is required. Attestation is required at sign-up. • Eligible community members MUST bring vaccination cards. We cannot give second or third doses without a completed card. • Community members who previously received Moderna or JJ vaccines are NOT eligible for vaccines at these clinics. • We will not have any Moderna or JJ vaccine available at these clinics for first or second doses. The first clinic will be held on Tuesday, September 28 at the Lewis and Clark County Fairgrounds. Appointments are open for scheduled clinics through December 2021.
