Kalispell Flathead's Tucker Nadeau

Kalispell Flathead's Tucker Nadeau won the Class AA 182-pound title at the state wrestling tournament at Rimrock Auto Arena at MetraPark on Saturday.

BILLINGS — Payton Hume, Tucker Nadeau and Michael Lee won state championships, and 12 other Braves placed, as Kalispell Flathead repeated as the State AA team champion at the state wrestling tournament on Saturday at Rimrock Auto Arena at MetraPark.

The Braves cruised to 288 points. Bozeman finished second for the second straight year with 222 points and Billings Skyview was third for the second straight year with 181.5. 

Braves coach Jeff Thompson said his team performed when it had to on day two of the tourney.
