For the first time in local history, the Capital High and Helena wrestling teams both swept the two Great Falls schools in a double dual. The No. 3 ranked Bruins beat Great Falls High 36-28 and C.M. Russell 45-20, while No. 4 HHS defeated the Rustlers 45-16 and the Bison 34-30.

Capital grapplers winning both of their matches were Tyler Coddington at 113 pounds, Nick Kunz at 120, Lee Lambrecht at 132, Travis Schulte at 145, CJ Snyder at 160, and Kory Broussard at 182. Kunz, who remained undefeated at 13-0, Snyder and Broussard each pinned both of their opponents.

Matmen capturing both bouts for the Bengals included Isaac Romero at 103 pounds, Devin Crawford at 132, Noah Manibusan at 160, Hayden Schrull at 182/205, and JT Nygaard at 205/182. Romero and Nygaard stapled both of their foes. Romero and Schrull are also still unbeaten at 13-0.

Helena improves to 11-2 on the year, while Capital moves to 9-4.
